At The Wedding Hosts, we understand that choosing the right DJ and host for your
special day can be a daunting task. That’s why we have dedicated ourselves to
becoming the premier choice for wedding entertainment in all of England.
Since launching our premium DJ company, GoGoDisco, in 2013, we have built an impressive reputation in Yorkshire, forming exclusive contracts with some of the most beautiful wedding venues in the area. In addition to providing exceptional DJ services, we also began offering daytime wedding hosting, and our clients were thrilled with the way our experienced hosts were able to keep the energy and excitement at a peak level throughout the entire event.
During the challenging times of lockdown, we decided to take proactive measures and invested countless hours in training our team of DJs to become the most welcoming, personable, friendly, funny, and delightful wedding hosts in the industry. We also invested thousands of pounds in state-of-the-art special effects equipment, ensuring that our full package is truly unmatched in value and production quality.

Our process begins with a consultation, where we work closely with you to personalize
every aspect of your day. We will discuss the timing and key songs for your entrance,
first dance, and final anthem, as well as gather information about your friends and
family to tailor our MR and MRS game and other interactions to your unique
personalities.
On the day of your event, our production team will arrive at the venue well in advance to set up and prepare for your grand entrance. Your host will be dressed in formal tweed attire and will entertain your guests with background music as they arrive.
To begin the wedding breakfast, your host will introduce the happy couple with a rousing anthem of your choice and a huge cheer from your guests, ensuring that you feel special and celebrated. They will also play gentle background music of your choosing throughout the meal.

After the speeches, our host will lead the MR and MRS game, using the information
gathered during the consultation to personalize the questions and keep the energy high.
As the evening reception begins, your host will change into formal black tie attire and
our production team will install a full DJ sound and lighting system, a 12ft white twinkle
LED dance floor, dancing on clouds special effect, indoor spark machines, and a confetti
cannon.
As the night progresses, our expert DJs will build the atmosphere and lead your guests to the dance floor, introducing the happy couple with a high-energy song and cutting the cake to the countdown of your guests. The first dance will be a fully immersive experience with the use of the dancing on clouds effect and indoor sparks, creating unforgettable memories for you and your guests.

Finally, as the night comes to a close, our DJs will expertly curate the music, building up
to the final anthem of the night, and releasing the confetti cannon on the last note,
bringing a close to your celebrations and creating lasting memories for all in
attendance.

Dean is an incredible DJ and Host. He is not your normal DJ he really knows how to get the party started. He knows exactly what he is doing. He is dedicated to his job and this shines throughout. 2pm till 8pm.
Dean hosted the whole day , from brilliant party games , open 🎤, disco with amazing tunes for everyone and then 2 x 45 minute singing spots.
He was a true entertainer and professional from start to finish.
